Aiga Rullere

Aiga Rullere has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aiga currently works at Latvijas Banka as a Financial literacy professional since May 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Swedbank Latvija, where they held various roles such as Personal Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor, Corporate Customer Manager, Assistant Manager, and Client Services Specialist. Aiga'sresponsibilities included areas such as financial literacy, investments, insurance, loans, leases, and cash management. Before joining Swedbank Latvija, Aiga worked as an Insurance Specialist at VSAA LIMITED from May 2005 to December 2005.

Aiga Rullere has a diverse education history. Aiga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Baltic International Academy in 2005. In 2006, they completed a Professional higher education (associate degree) first level in Business Administration and Management from Banku Augstskola. More recently, from 2020 to 2022, Aiga pursued a Master's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management from Biznesa augstskola Turība.

Aiga has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2019, they earned the Professional Certificate Latvia - IA - Investment and the Professional Certificate Latvia - IIA/LIA/NLIA, both from the Baltic Financial Advisors Association - BFAA. In 2021, they obtained the certifications "Iepazīsti tehnoloģijas" from Riga TechGirls, "Projektu vadība ar Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban (160 st)" from RISEBA University, "Aktīva pārdošana" from Training Lab, and "X, Y, Z UN A paaudzes: izaicinājumi darba devējiem, vecākiem un pedagogiem" from LU Open Minded. Most recently, in 2022, Aiga completed the certification "Datu ieguve, apstrāde, analīze un vizualizācija (160 st)" from Biznesa augstskola Turība.
