Edvards Kusners

Edvards Kusners currently serves as the Head of Sustainability and Adviser to the Council at Latvijas Banka, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Edvards Kusners worked at Latvijas Banka from September 2003 to September 2018 as an Adviser, Member of the Council, and Adviser to the Governor. Additional experience includes serving as a freelance Adviser at the Prime Minister's Office from March 2009 to May 2012, a member of the Commission of Strategic Analysis under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Latvia from October 2008 to June 2011, Director at the European Integration Bureau from 1997 to 2003, and Head of the Legal Division at the Latvian Development Agency in early 1997. Edvards Kusners is an alumnus of Latvijas Universitate.
