Reinis Pāns

Reinis Pāns has a strong background in financial market analysis and macroeconomic analysis. Reinis started their career at the Ministry of Finance of Latvia in 2012 as a Macroeconomic Analyst and later became a Senior Expert. In 2015, they joined the Financial and Capital Market Commission as a Financial Market Analyst and worked their way up to the role of Chief Financial Market Analyst. Recently, in 2023, Reinis joined Latvijas Banka as their Chief Financial Market Analyst.

Reinis Pāns began their education in 2003 at Agenskalna State Gymnasium, where they completed their secondary education. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Latvijas Universitate, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Economics. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Reinis pursued further studies at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), obtaining a Master's Degree in Development Economics and International Development. Presently, they are enrolled at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Information Technology, with no specified end year provided.
