Sabīne Elza Munča

Sabīne Elza Munča has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2009, they worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper at IK SOOF until 2012. Sabīne Elza then joined Valsts ieņēmumu dienests in 2013 as a Chief Tax Inspector until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a State Auditor at Latvijas Republikas Valsts kontrole. In 2018, they worked as a Monitoring Expert at Financial and Capital Market Commission/ Finanšu un kapitāla tirgus komisija. In 2019, they joined Valsts ieņēmumu dienests again, this time as a Chief Tax Inspector until 2023. Additionally, in 2023, they started working at Riga TechGirls as a mentor in the "Tech Mentor" program in the section of cybersecurity. Finally, also in 2023, they began working as a Financial Market Analyst at Latvijas Banka.

Sabīne Elza Munča completed their Bachelor's degree in Customs and tax administration at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2008 to 2012. Sabīne Elza then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Management at the same university from 2012 to 2014.

Later, Sabīne went on to earn their second Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, this time specializing in Customs and tax administration, from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) in 2014-2016.

Sabīne Elza furthered their education by obtaining a first level degree in Law from Juridiskā koledža (College of Law) between an unspecified start year and 2020.

Additionally, Sabīne has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include Business and Data Analysis from The Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association - LIKTA in 2023, Quality Assurance - Manual Testing Course [36 h] from JavaGuru in 2022, and Program Discover Tech [48 h] from Riga TechGirls in 2022.
