Air Traffic Control

The Air Traffic Control team at Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme (LGS) ensures the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within the Riga Flight Information Region (FIR). They manage air traffic by providing crucial navigation services, controlling aircraft on the ground and in the air, handling takeoffs and landings, and coordinating responses to emergencies to maintain optimal flight safety and efficient airspace utilization.
