Arvis Skrējāns

Arvis Skrējāns is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in PHP and back-end development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA since January 2016, Arvis is responsible for implementing back-end and middleware/APIs for an Android TV-based OTT and VOD service, with a focus on VOD workflow and CDN management. Previous roles include Software Developer at airBaltic, where Arvis contributed to PHP-based software development using various frameworks and CMS, and part-time web developer at Rekrutēšanas un Jaunsardzes centrs, focusing on the European Military Press Association website. Arvis also held positions as Technical Lead and PHP Developer at Efumo, Owner and Lead Web Developer at SIA ArvTECH, and IT Manager at Baltijas Biroju Serviss, showcasing a diverse skill set in web development, project management, and IT support. Arvis holds a degree from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and completed the International Baccalaureate programme at the British International School of Prague.
