Liene Glazniece

Liene Glazniece is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA since April 2024. Prior to this role, Liene held the position of Head of Personnel Department at the Bank of Latvia from May 2012 to April 2024 and worked as an HR Manager at SIA FMS between November 2010 and May 2012. Earlier in the career, Liene was the Head of HR Development Division at Latvian Mobile Telephone Ltd from March 1999 to October 2010 and started as a Referent at Valsts administrācijas skola from 1998 to 1999. Liene holds an MBA in Business Administration from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (2001-2003) and a BA in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate (1995-1999), and is currently pursuing an MA in Psychology at Rigas Pedagogijas un Izglitibas Vadibas Augstskola.
