Renārs Omutovs has a diverse work experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Renārs started their career as a Consultant and Customer Service Specialist at Nordea Bank AB Latvia branch in 2010 and later became a Personal Banking Advisor. In 2013, they moved to the role of Sales Manager and Cooperation Manager, where they focused on customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. In 2016, Renārs joined Citadele banka as a Branch Manager, where they organized branch work and attracted legal entities for services. In the same year, they also joined Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA as a Key Account Manager, working with international clients and selling complex IT&T solutions. Currently, Renārs holds the position of Head of B2B Business Development Division at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA.
Renārs Omutovs earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Rigas Tehniska Universitate, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Renārs then pursued two Master's degrees, one in Economics from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2007 to 2010, and another in Finance, General from Banku Augstskola during the same time period.
