Arnita Holsta is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of diverse experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Latvijas Pasts since March 2021, Arnita previously held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Accenture Latvia for over a decade and worked as an HR Manager at Medical Company ARS. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Tieto and HR Manager at AS "Diena." Arnita holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in German Studies from Latvijas Universitate.
