Ieva Groza

Ieva Groza is a seasoned professional in the field of digital solutions and project management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Digitālo risinājumu vadītājs at Latvijas Pasts since March 2022, Ieva previously held the position of Project Manager at StarBridge SIA for a short term in 2021. From May 2007 to November 2020, Ieva was the Head of Payment Card Division at Industra Bank, following roles at Meridian Trade Bank, SMP Bank, and Multibanka. Earlier in the career, Ieva worked as Data Processing Group Manager at Worldline Baltic (previously First Data and Bankserviss) from March 1997 to May 2007. Ieva holds a degree from Latvijas Universitate, obtained between September 1979 and June 1984.
