Maris MacIjevskis

Maris Macijevskis, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a supervisory board member at the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD) since March 2022. Since September 2017, Maris has held the position of CFO and member of the Management Board at HansaMatrix and has been the managing partner at IQ Capital since August 2017. Previous roles include head of the Corporate Client Sector and head of the Corporate Clients Service Department at Citadele banka from May 2009 to December 2016, and various positions in corporate banking at SEB banka Latvia and Parex Bank. Maris began the career as an auditor at EY and as a financial analyst at OMX Nasdaq Riga stock exchange. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Economics from Latvijas Universitate and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
