Rolands Rihters

Rolands Rihters is a seasoned professional in the field of geospatial solutions and IT project management, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager and Geospatial Solution Development Manager at Latvijas valsts meži since January 2010. Rihters also holds a position as a GIS Expert at Riga Water, contributing expertise since 2011. Previously, Rihters worked at IS Consulting and the Latvian Environment, Geology, and Meteorology Centre as a GIS Expert, playing a key role in developing a recommended information and communication technology architecture model for Latvian state IT service delivery. Earlier experience includes roles at Spatial Solutions, the University of Latvia, and Envirotech, where Rihters developed strategic initiatives for geospatial data usage. Rihters holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, earned between 1999 and 2004.
