Ralph Mitgutsch

Ralph Mitgutsch, MBA, currently serves as a Maintenance Check Pilot, Auditor, Senior Investigator, and Captain at Lauda Europe since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ralph held multiple positions at LaudaMotion GmbH from March 2018 to October 2020, including Flight Safety Officer and various instructor roles, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Flight Safety Programme, managing the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS), and training air crews. Ralph's earlier experience includes a tenure at Niki Luftfahrt GmbH from December 2007 to February 2018, where similar FRMS oversight and instructional duties were conducted. Ralph holds a Master of Business Administration in Professional Aviation from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and additional aviation qualifications obtained from BFS Business Flight Salzburg.
