Currently serving as the Director of Operations at LAUFT since September 2021, Leyah is instrumental in building Canada's leading on-demand flexible workspace network, focusing on strategic analysis, implementation, and operational oversight. Previously, Leyah worked at Arc'teryx Equipment from June 2014 to June 2020 as Store Manager, where responsibilities included building customer loyalty, achieving net sales targets, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Prior roles at MEC™ included Service and Inventory Logistics Manager, Learning and Training Coordinator, and Product Team Manager, showcasing a robust background in team leadership, inventory management, and staff training. Education was completed at Toronto Metropolitan University.
