Laughing Buddha Comedy takes comics from their very first open mic or class, and prepares them for a career in stand up comedy.

Classes include Stand Up Comedy, Hosting and Crowd Work, Writing for Late Night TV and more. We also offer private coaching and classes on Zoom.

Laughing Buddha Comedy (LBC) was founded by stand up comedian Jeff Lawrence in 2009. As a comedian Jeff has performed in Lincoln Center, toured internationally, and was labeled a "big name talent with connections" by the NY Times. As an instructor, has been featured on the front pages of The Wall St. Journal and the Tampa Bay Times. Everyday Magazine with Rachael Ray even branded the school "Outlandishly COOL".
