Rome Seifert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Rome started their career at Deloitte & Touche in 1998, working in accounting, assurance, and advisory roles in Milwaukee and San Jose. Rome then moved on to LECG in 2005, where they held the position of Managing Consultant in Forensic Accounting Services in San Francisco. In 2006, they joined Brady Corporation as the Director of Internal Audit and later took on various finance director roles, including Global & Americas Workplace Safety, North America Identification Solutions, Direct Marketing Americas & Global PeopleID, and Corporate M&A. In 2013, they joined Kleen Test Products Corporation as the Vice President of Finance. Most recently, Rome Seifert has been working at Laughlin Constable since 2015, serving as the CFO, Acting Chief Executive Officer, and currently holds the position of CFO/COO.

Rome Seifert attended the Center for Leadership Excellence in 2013, where they completed the Leadership in Action Program. They then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1993 to 1997, earning a BBA degree in Accounting.
