Jonathan Dent is an experienced software architect and developer with a strong background in automation, cloud technologies, and system integration. Currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since September 2021, Jonathan focuses on innovation by utilizing AWS, Azure, and the Power Platform to create Model-Driven Apps and C# web applications. Previous roles include Senior Software Developer at MSP, where Jonathan developed embedded software and plugins for manufacturing applications, and at Grainger Games Ltd, managing IT infrastructure. Jonathan also holds a degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University.

ORE Catapult is the UK's flagship technology innovation and research centre for offshore wind, wave and tidal energy.
