Lee Anderson is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy field, currently serving as a Project Development Engineer - Blades at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since July 2022. In this role, Lee manages technical and project risks, focusing on de-risking global blade testing qualification projects and enhancing continuous improvement practices within an ISO9001 and ISO17025 accredited laboratory. Previously, from February 2020 to June 2022, Lee held dual roles at Newcastle College, first as Programme Leader, where responsibilities included developing and validating new degree curricula in Energy Engineering and overseeing program functions, and as a Lecturer, delivering content on Subsea and Renewable Engineering. Lee holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University and a PGCE for Mathematics and Numeracy Specialists from Newcastle College.
