Isaiah Coste

Isaiah Coste is currently working as a Sr. Talent Solutions Partner at Launch Consulting Group, where Isaiah guides organizations through digital transformation. Previously, Isaiah worked as a Talent Solutions Partner at Future State Consulting before it was acquired by Launch. Isaiah also has experience in project management at Genentech and as an Athlete Facilitator/Tutor at Oregon State University. Prior to that, Isaiah managed Tropical Sno, where Isaiah prepared and served shaved ice, trained employees, and managed social media accounts. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Oregon State University.
