Krystal Rivera Lebron

Krystal Rivera Lebron is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Launch Federal Credit Union since April 2019, Krystal previously held the position of Human Resources and Benefits Specialist at Loyal Source Government Services from January 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities included administering diverse benefits plans and ensuring accuracy in HRIS enrollments. Before that, Krystal was a Human Resources Coordinator and Registrar's Assistant at Museo de Arte de Ponce from August 2013 to January 2015, focusing on file management and customer service. Krystal holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Turabo and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Ponce.
