Brett Goldstein has over a decade of professional experience. In 2009, they began as a Research Apprentice and Honors Thesis Student at the Computational Cognitive Science Lab, where they conducted independent research on mathematical models of language transmission. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Accenture in various roles, including Senior Analyst at Accenture Ventures, where they launched and operationalized the early-stage venture capital and corporate innovation team, and Product Manager in the R&D Lab, where they focused on augmented reality (AR), workflow optimization, and enterprise social. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Google in various roles, including Product Manager, where they were responsible for augmented reality camera effects, voice message transcripts, and other self-expression features in various messaging, communications, and media apps, and Corporate Development Associate, where they launched and operationalized deal sourcing team. From 2018 to 2020, Brett was a Consultant, Nonprofit Volunteer, Artist in Residence, and Traveler. From 2020 to present, they have been Co-Founder and CEO of Launch House, a membership community to help founders level up and live better. Currently, they are Co-Founder and Managing Partner of House Capital.
Brett Goldstein attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a BA in Cognitive Science & Psychology. In 2009, they also completed a Winter Intensive Study at the New England Complex Systems Institute at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Intelligent Traffic Systems.
