Carlo Scaglia

Carlo Scaglia has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Carlo began their career as a Food and Beverage Intern at Landmark Hotel Group in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Deputy Sport Adventure Manager at campZero, as well as Assistant Manager Finance at EHL Rugby. In 2019, they worked as a Junior Client Manager at Retex S.p.A. and Alumni Coordinator at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. In 2021, they were part of the Accelerator Program at Founder Institute, and in 2022 they became a Founder in Residence at launch house. Most recently, they founded Exordi in 2021.

Carlo Scaglia completed a degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL in 2020, having started the program in 2016.
