Kelsey Knight

Kelsey Knight is a skilled manager in customer support, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at Launch Labs since November 2023. Previously, Kelsey was an Account Supervisor at Targetbase from September 2021 to November 2023. Prior roles include Department Manager and Associate Department Manager at Sokal, where responsibilities included managing the Account Coordinator Department and overseeing client services for over 300 clients, as well as serving as an Account Coordinator managing up to 35 client accounts.
