Jarrett Proby

Jarrett Proby is an experienced professional in sports management and leadership development, currently serving as the Assistant Cross Country Coach at Roncalli Catholic High School since August 2023. From August 2017 to the present, Jarrett has been a Launch Leadership Staffer, facilitating hands-on activities to cultivate student leadership skills, while also holding the position of Communications Director, where responsibilities include overseeing the internal communications team and contributing to marketing campaigns. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Ecsell Sports from April 2022 to October 2023, and Sports Intern at Card Stock Exchange, LLC, where Jarrett managed athlete and agent relations. Additionally, experience includes internships with the Nebraska Valkyries in marketing and management, alongside various positions in customer service and package handling. Jarrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Human Resources from Nebraska Wesleyan University, completed in 2021, and attended Brownell Talbot School from 2014 to 2018.
