Alini Ribeiro has a diverse work experience in software engineering and related roles. Alini began their career as an intern at T-Systems do Brasil, where they provided 2nd level support for monitoring file processing systems. Alini then worked at Philips as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Tasy system using Delphi, Java, and PL/SQL.

Alini then joined Senior Sistemas as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the HCM projects, specifically in the Remuneration and Moods projects. Alini developed REST services using Java 8, Hibernate, Spring, Flyway, and JPA. Alini also gained experience in Docker, RabbitMq, and Bridge. After that, they became a Software Engineer II at Senior Sistemas, leading the backend tech team and collaborating with Product Owners to plan sprints.

In 2019, Alini transitioned to Serasa as a Software Engineer, working on projects related to communication tools and Limpa Nome. Alini developed various solutions, including third-party API integration, chatbots with Dialog Flow integration, message orchestration systems, CRM automation, and performance reporting applications.

Alini then joined Pin People as a Chatbot Engineer, where they designed and built the conversational flows for an AI assistant named Pri. Alini created almost one hundred conversational flows to enhance the employee experience and provided solutions for the company's clients.

Their most recent position was at Nubank as a Senior Software Engineer, working in the Fraud Business Unit. Alini was responsible for migrating the App module to Flutter and building new features using GraphQL. Alini also maintained legacy services using Clojure.

Currently, Alini Ribeiro works as a Software Engineer at Launch Potato.

Alini Ribeiro obtained a degree in International Business from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Alini then pursued further education in Information Technology, specializing in Software Architecture, at PUC Minas from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Alini Ribeiro has also achieved several certifications. Alini obtained a certification in Rasa Development from Rasa in March 2021. Alini also obtained a Python certification from Alura Cursos Online in June 2020 and another Python certification, "Python - do Básico ao Avançado," from Udemy in May 2020. Additionally, they obtained the SFC - Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy Italia in March 2019.
