David Newcombe

David Newcombe has extensive experience in the real estate industry. David co-founded and worked as an associate broker at LAUNCH Powered By COMPASS, specializing in luxury residential condominiums and high-rise condominiums in urban markets such as Scottsdale, The Biltmore, and Phoenix. David also represented individual buyers and sellers in residential real estate. Prior to that, they worked as a designated broker at Habitat Urban, where they focused on selling residential urban real estate in Phoenix, The Biltmore, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Before moving to Arizona, David worked as an associate broker at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in condominium purchase and sale, consulting, marketing, and sales of luxury residential condominium and single-family home developments. David also founded Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty Green Division. David began their real estate career as a realtor at O'Brien Group Realty and as an estate agent at The Country Property Group.
