Scott Kehoe

Scott brings over 10 years of experience in retained search to Launch Search Partners. He has completed several hundred search engagements for clients in technology, financial services, consumer, healthcare, and other industries. Scott focuses on recruiting senior-level human resources talent.

Prior to joining Launch Search Partners, Scott was Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Cisco Systems, where he led talent acquisition and management across Cisco’s businesses and functions globally. Scott joined Cisco in 2010 to build out an in-house executive recruiting function.

Scott joined Cisco from a leading global search firm, where he was a Senior Associate with the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in Palo Alto. Scott’s functional focus included human resources and finance. Scott is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Scott has successfully conducted human resources, finance and other senior-level searches for Aerohive Networks, AppDynamics, Castlight Health, Cisco Systems, DataStax, Dropbox, Evernote, Fitbit, Google, GoPro, Juniper Networks, MINDBODY, MobileIron, Nutanix, Penumbra, Proteus Digital Health, ServiceNow, Square, SugarCRM, Twilio, and numerous other clients.
