Michael Clausen is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor and Lending Specialist at Launch Servicing since March 2017, Michael excels in resolving escalated issues, conducting new hire interviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
