Marie-Claude Payant

As Controller, Marie-Claude has responsibility for the accounting, payroll, and internal control functions. In her role, Marie-Claude has oversight responsibility for the accounting function, ensuring regulatory compliance, setting and enforcing accounting policies, and timely and accurate financial reporting. She is a key member of the finance team, helping pursue and actualize LAUNCH’s aggressive growth strategy.

Before joining LAUNCH, Marie-Claude ran her own financial services consulting firm where she served clients in the Chicago area. Prior to that, Marie-Claude spent 17 years in public accounting.

Marie-Claude has a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and earned an MBA from Florida State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and lives in Chicago with her husband and three children.
