Launchd is a boutique venture-talent platform built for founders, VCs, and high-growth AI startups. We combine elite headhunting with a venture mindset, helping startups hire the top 1% of leaders, engineers, and GTM talent that move valuation.

What we do:
We partner with AI-first companies and leading venture funds to source, assess, and close elite talent across three verticals: Engineering & AI/ML, Leadership & Operations, and GTM (Sales, AM, RevOps). Whether it’s your first Staff Engineer or a VP-level operator, we help you hire the people who change your company’s trajectory.

How we’re different:
Venture-style sourcing driven by warm intros, not volume spam. Deep networks across senior engineering, product, GTM, and operational leadership. Founder-led execution. Credibility with top VCs and their portfolio companies. Incentives fully aligned around high-impact hires.

Who we work with:
AI startups scaling from 0 to 50+. Founders hiring their first critical operators. Venture funds supporting their portfolio. Frontier-tech companies building ambitious products.

Our offering:
Startup Search (executive, engineering, and GTM hiring for AI-first companies).
VC Talent Partner (a flexible model for VCs who want a recruiter embedded across their portfolio).

Mission:
To help exceptional founders build exceptional companies, one world-class hire at a time.
