Bretton Fosbrook

Bretton Fosbrook, PhD, is a seasoned product researcher with extensive experience in user experience and research across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Researcher and Interim Core Product UX Lead at LaunchDarkly since October 2022, Bretton leads a team of designers to enhance core product offerings through collaborative efforts with cross-functional stakeholders. Previously, at Wealthsimple, Bretton drove impactful research initiatives in core product domains and contributed to customer segmentation models that informed pricing strategies. During tenure at FreshBooks, Bretton advanced UX research practices while focusing on small business owners. Academic roles include postdoctoral research at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and leadership of the Trans@Work project for the Institute for Gender and the Economy. Educational background includes a PhD from York University and visiting researcher roles at prestigious institutions such as the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and The University of British Columbia.
