Jacquelyn Brioux

Jacquelyn Brioux is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and service design across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Design at LaunchDarkly since September 2025, Jacquelyn previously worked at Atlassian as Senior Design Manager for Confluence and Lead Service Designer. Notable roles also include Owner of Clover & Maple, where a woman-owned small business focused on handcrafted kitchenware was established, and Head of Service Design at Fannie Mae, where Jacquelyn founded the company's first service design practice. Additional experience includes positions at Shopify, Capital One, Uberflip, and the Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent On Recordings, contributing to substantial design transformations and strategic initiatives throughout the career. Jacquelyn holds a Doctorate of Design in Transition Design from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Communication Studies and English from York University and the University of Guelph, respectively.
