Anna Bailey currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Launchpad while holding the position of Finance Manager at Derma Reading since April 2025. Prior to these roles, Anna was the Group Finance Manager at Reward Gateway from January 2019 until May 2025 and worked as the Group Reporting Lead at Seadrill Management Limited between July 2016 and December 2018. A brief sabbatical and travel period occurred in 2016, following a successful tenure as Audit Manager at BDO in Australia from June 2013 to April 2016, and as Audit Senior at RSM Tenon from September 2009 to May 2013, where Anna completed a training contract and achieved first-time passes in ICAEW exams. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2006 and 2009.
