Mark Schwartz

Mark spent 15+ years in technology hardware, software, medical devices, and life sciences; originally a corporate lawyer in M&A, partnerships / JVs, and licensing. Co-founded Fabrinet (optical technology, components for laser eye and skin surgeries, anesthesia monitoring), as Bus Dev, GC, chief strategy officer; CFO 8 years and an IPO on NYSE in 2010 until 2012. Recently, advised healthcare start-ups Pepex (glucose monitoring) and TIMMES (teleradiology, medical imaging data); co-founded and advises Precision Converting Solutions (medical devices).
