John Koht

John Koht is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in digital product strategy and client engagement. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager and VP of Client Strategy at LaunchPad Lab, John oversees a team of product managers working on fintech lending, auto insurance, and retirement services products. John previously held the role of Principal Product Manager at Millennium Trust Company, where John enhanced operational efficiency for automatic retirement rollover products. John founded Kohactive, a digital product agency acquired by LaunchPad Lab, and has held product leadership positions at Tiny House Listings, Select Home Warranty, and NextLot Inc., contributing significantly to operational improvements and product scaling.
