Matt Baclawski

Matt Baclawski has over 10 years of experience in the technology and talent solutions industry. Matt began their career in 2008 as a Facility Supervisor at the Kent State Department of Recreational Services. In 2010, they joined TEKsystems as a Recruiter and Lead Account Manager. Theirprimary responsibilities included developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building client relationships, and IT talent management. In 2017, they joined Tech Elevator as the Director of Talent Solutions, helping organizations to change the paradigm of traditional IT training and hiring practices. Matt also served as the Talent Director, teaching students with a variety of backgrounds to become software developers. In 2021, they joined MentorcliQ as a Client Solutions Director.
