Rachel Shepheard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic communications. Since March 2016, Rachel has held various leadership positions at LaunchSquad, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Vice President, where responsibilities include leading account teams and managing communication strategies for technology companies. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Strategic Accounts at nearmap, where Rachel successfully built and managed a team to expand business in new markets, and as a Senior Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
