Rumen is focused on developing the Romanian market for LAUNCHub Ventures as an addition to the fund’s scouting activities in Bulgaria and rest of SEE.

Before joining LAUNCHub Ventures, he had his own business consultancy practice helping companies and their management to solve issues and achieve various business goals. During his professional career Rumen has held various positions in management consulting, utilities, insurance and financial services.
