LaunchWell for Counselors supports graduate counseling students and new professionals as they transition from training into early career practice.

The period between graduation and full licensure is often unclear and overwhelming. From navigating the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors process to securing a job and building confidence in clinical work, many counselors are expected to figure things out on their own.

LaunchWell provides clear, structured support to make this transition more manageable.

Resources and services include:

Licensure application guidance (North Carolina)
Supervision fit and early career decision-making
Job search strategy and professional positioning
Practical tools and downloadable resources

The focus is on reducing confusion, saving time, and helping new counselors move forward with clarity and direction.
