Abby Grismer is a Rehabilitation Technician at Exercisabilities since March 2022. Prior to that, Abby worked as a Direct Support Professional at Laura Baker Services Association and Black Hills Works. Abby also served as a Park Manager at Storybook Island and as a Cashier at Adventure Harley-Davidson. Abby studied Biology and Neuroscience at St. Olaf College, graduating in 2021 after completing their education at Stevens High School in 2017.

Laura Baker Services Association’s mission is to respect the life choices and dreams of people with developmental disabilities and help them reach their goals. Miss Laura Baker founded her residential school in 1897, dedicated to the idea that people with disabilities could be educated and become productive members of society. Today, we are confident that Miss Baker would be thrilled by how her vision has transformed the lives of so many people: clients, their families and staff.
