Erica Kogan

Erica Kogan is an experienced Accent Reduction and Communication Coach at Laura Canada, where since September 2019, Erica has facilitated the launch of an Accent and Communication Program aimed at improving speech and overall communication skills for employees. Prior to this role, Erica served as an Education Volunteer at Agence Ometz, observing students in the Taylor Adolescent Program for those with language-based learning disabilities. Additionally, Erica has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist in various clinical settings, including Genesis Rehab Services, Renewal Rehab, and Tricare Rehabilitation Services, focusing on both geriatric and skilled nursing populations. Erica's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from St. Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Iowa.
