Hotline Advocate at Laura's House

Ashley Holden is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor at Michelle's Place Cancer Resource Center since June 2024. In addition, Ashley has held the position of Hotline Advocate at Laura's House since December 2021 and serves as a Mental Health Coach with South Coast Community Service and South Coast Children's Society since January 2021. Ashley's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, obtained in May 2024, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 2018, and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Fullerton College, completed in 2014.

Laura's House

Since 1994, Laura’s House has provided residential shelter, transitional and support services to nearly 6,500 families, and counseling, life skills education and legal assistance to over 68,000 individuals. The mission of Laura’s House is to change the social beliefs, attitudes and the behaviors that perpetuate domestic violence while creating a safe space in which to empower individuals and families affected by abuse.
