Ben started his career in IT in 1998, working for a Newspaper in McMinnville, Oregon as a helpdesk technician. Ben soon advanced to a system administrator working for Oregon State University. Ben had a lot of success designing and securing their information systems. It encouraged him to start his Master’s degree in International Business Management, focusing on Lean operations.
