Doreen Anthony

Doreen Anthony is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Laurel Circle since July 2021, Doreen also holds the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Concord Management Resources since January 2018. Additionally, Doreen has been the Board Treasurer for the Employers Association of New Jersey since 2013. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Erickson Senior Living, where responsibility encompassed high volume recruiting and employee engagement, and Senior Director of Human Resources at C3i Inc., managing HR for various US locations. Doreen's early career includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Permacel, providing HR support for manufacturing and distribution facilities. Doreen holds a BS in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State University.
