The Healthcare Management team at Laurel Lake Retirement Community oversees the delivery of high-quality medical and supportive care for residents across various living arrangements. Led by the Director of Clinical Services and the Medical Director, the team ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinates medical services, and promotes holistic well-being through nursing support and spiritual care from the Chaplain. Their focus is on enhancing the health and quality of life for all residents.
