Vice President Director Of Operations & Quality Control at Laurel Road

Rebecca Pecor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Rebecca started their career at RBS Citizens, N.A. in 2007 as a Collections Specialist before moving on to become a Back-up Communication Center Assistant and then a Senior Customer Resolution Advocate. In these roles, they were responsible for resolving queries and complaints, ensuring service levels, and providing training to representatives. Later, in 2010, they became an Executive Services Advocate at the same company. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Risk Management Specialist II, where they supported the development and execution of risk management programs.

In 2016, Rebecca joined Darien Rowayton Bank as a Quality Control Manager and then moved on to Laurel Road in 2018. At Laurel Road, they took up various leadership positions, starting as an AVP Director of QC, Monitoring, and Testing, then becoming VP Director of QC, Monitoring, and Testing. Rebecca later took on additional responsibilities as VP Director of QC, Third Party Management & Change Enablement. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Director of Operations & Quality Control at Laurel Road.

Rebecca Pecor obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Eastern Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
