Valon Mela

Valon Mela is a seasoned Senior Marketing Designer at Laurel Road since October 2019, boasting extensive experience as a Freelance Art Director for Creative Circle, CDM NY, and CDMiConnect between February 2018 and April 2023. As a co-owner and Graphic Designer at Spoken Sight Studios from 2010 to April 2023, Valon has honed skills in design, photography, and illustration for various clients, including custom apparel and signage. Valon's background includes serving as an Art Director at Grey Health Group from July 2014 to June 2016 and Red Fuse Communications in May 2014, where responsibilities involved product advertising for Colgate. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Bozzuto's from June 2010 to June 2012. Valon holds two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts, completed between 2010 and 2015.
