Sushant Panda

Sushant Panda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sushant is currently working as the Lead Data Scientist at NIFM - Ministry of Finance - Government of India since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Syum Technology Private Limited starting from July 2011. Sushant also has significant involvement with Lauren Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they currently hold the position of Owner and Board of Directors. Sushant was actively involved in various executive roles at Lauren from April 2000 to June 2011, leading teams and driving growth. Before their tenure at Lauren, they worked at The Chase Manhattan Bank as the Head of IT & Banking Operations from January 1993 to June 2000. Sushant's career started at CMC Limited, where they worked in Business Development in 1990-1991.

Sushant Panda completed an MBM degree from the Asian Institute of Management from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, Sushant obtained a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. In 2018, Sushant also obtained a certification in Measuring Learning Effectiveness from LinkedIn.
