Kaitlyn Wittig

Director of Behavioral Programming and Support ABA Clinical Services at Lauren's Institute For Education

Kaitlyn Wittig has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral programming and support. Kaitlyn started their career in 2014 as an ABA Tutor at Lauren's Institute For Education. Kaitlyn then worked as a Bachelor's Level ABA Therapist from 2015 to 2017 before becoming a Master's Level Program Manager for a brief period from 2017 to 2018. Kaitlyn then joined Lauren's Institute For Education again in 2018 as a BCBA. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Interdepartmental Manager of Behavioral Programming and Support for State Funded Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Behavioral Programming and Support ABA Clinical Services at Lauren's Institute For Education.

Before starting their career in behavioral programming, Kaitlyn worked as a Senior Community Assistant at American Campus Communities Vista Del Sol from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Care Provider at Arion Care Solutions in 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Assistant at The Sleep Center from 2011 to 2013.

Kaitlyn Wittig completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University from 2011 to 2015. Kaitlyn then pursued a Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the same university from 2015 to 2017. In February 2018, Kaitlyn obtained their certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
