Ginette Bouchard

Ginette Bouchard, MBA, currently serves as Vice-présidente adjointe and Conseillère stratégique principale in Communications at Banque Laurentienne since March 2016. Prior to this role, Ginette held senior positions at Banque Nationale du Canada from 2013 to 2015, focusing on customer satisfaction and experience. Ginette’s career also includes significant roles at Hydro-Québec, where responsibilities encompassed client experience and human resources communications, as well as leadership positions at Bell, ranging from Director of the President's Office for Large Enterprises to Divisional Head of Communications. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. and a B.A.A. in Marketing from HEC Montréal.
